Yönetici Desteğinin İş Stresi Üzerindeki Etkisinde İşe Bağlılığın Aracı Rolü

Bu çalışma ile yönetici desteğinin işe bağlılık aracılığıyla iş stresi üzerindeki etkisinin araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma Türkiye genelinde görev yapan 302 kolluk personeli ile anket yapılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen veriler SPSS 24 programı ve PROCESS eklentisi ile analize tabi tutulmuştur. Araştırma kapsamında oluşturulan hipotezlerin yapılan analizler sonucunda desteklendiği görülmüştür. Yönetici desteğinin iş stresi üzerinde anlamlı ve negatif, işe bağlılık üzerinde anlamlı ve pozitif etkisinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir. İşe bağlılığın ise iş stresi üzerinde anlamlı ve negatif etkisi olduğu bulunmuştur. Ayrıca yönetici desteği ve iş stresi arasındaki ilişkide işe bağlılığın aracı rolü olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
