İşletmelerde Açık İnovasyon Kavramının Yapay Zekâ ve IoT Teknolojisi ile İlişkisinin Sektörel Bazda İncelenmesi

Abstract

Dijitalleşmenin hızla yaygınlaşmasının sonucu olarak inovasyon her alanda gündemde olan bir konudur. Bu çalışma işletmelerde açık inovasyon yaklaşımının, yapay zekâ (YZ) ve Nesnelerin İnterneti (IoT) teknolojileriyle olan ilişkisini ve bu ilişkinin sektörel düzeyde nasıl şekillendiğini ele almaktadır. Açık inovasyon, işletmelerin sadece kendi iç kaynaklarını değil, dış kaynakları da etkin bir şekilde kullanarak yenilik süreçlerini optimize etmelerini ifade etmektedir. Son yıllarda hızla gelişen YZ ve IoT teknolojileri, işletmelerin açık inovasyon stratejilerini destekleyen güçlü araçlar olarak öne çıkmaktadır. Çalışmada sektörel bazda YZ ve IoT’nin açık inovasyon süreçlerini nasıl dönüştürdüğü incelenmiştir. Çalışma, bu teknolojilerin sadece işletmelerin rekabet gücünü artırmakla kalmayıp, aynı zamanda iş birlikçi inovasyon ağlarının genişletilmesine olanak tanıdığını ortaya koymaktadır. Açık inovasyonun YZ ve IoT ile entegrasyonu, farklı sektörlerdeki işletmelerin yenilikçilik kapasitesini artırmakta ve bu teknolojiler gelecekteki iş modellerinin dönüşümünde kritik bir rol oynamaktadır.
