Keywords:
Organizational justice, turnover intention, organizational exclusionAbstract
In this study, the influence of perceived organizational justice on turnover intention, which has become an important issue in working relationships, and the mediating role of perceived organizational exclusion in this relationship are examined. In this direction, a survey was conducted on Turkish employees in various food factories in Lübeck, a German city in the state of Schleswig Holstein, through the purposive sampling method. The obtained data were analyzed with the SPSS quantitative data analysis program. Upon analyzing, it was determined that the perception of organizational justice has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, whereas the perception of organizational exclusion doesn’t mediate this relationship. In addition, it was found that employees’perceptions of organizational justice negatively affect their perceptions of organizational exclusion, while organizational exclusion has no significant effect on turnover intention. Finally, the conclusions were addressed in terms of both theoretical and practical contributions, and some advice was given for future researchers and the sector.
